This Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of apartment communities in the Charlottesville area, providing excellent customer service to residents and working with maintenance staff to deliver high-quality affordable housing opportunities. Responsibilities include leasing available units, completing resident qualification certifications, collecting rent, overseeing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and monitoring performance to budget. Qualifications: three years of property management experience; working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office programs; and experience with tax credit compliance.
