Director of Development
Join the Piedmont Housing Alliance team as Director of Development to advance our mission to create housing opportunities and build community through education, lending, and development.
The Director of Development plays a strategic and creative community engagement and fundraising role, as a member of the Leadership Team, and is responsible for ensuring Piedmont Housing Alliance has the funding support necessary to achieve its goals and sustain its mission. The Director of Development will generate and implement a comprehensive fund development plan, resulting in renewable and increasing revenue from individual, faith-based, foundation, and corporate gifts and support, in collaboration with the Leadership Team and Board Philanthropy Committee.
Candidates should have three years of related experience and demonstrated success in fundraising and development, experience using fundraising software, and ability to successfully pass all required background checks and other pre-employment screening. Compensation is based on experience and skills.
