This Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of two apartment communities in Crozet, Albemarle County, Virginia, and works with the maintenance technician to deliver high-quality affordable housing opportunities for our residents. Responsibilities include leasing available units, completing resident qualification certifications, collecting rent, overseeing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and monitoring performance to budget. Qualifications: three years of property management (including assistant manager) experience; working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office programs; and experience with tax credit and/or HUD compliance. Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks and other pre-employment screening. Compensation is based on experience and skills.
