As of July 1, gifts over $500 may be eligible for 65% state tax credits.

Piedmont Housing Alliance is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization, ID No. 52-1361731. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Here are some ways your gift will go to work right away to provide more affordable housing opportunity in our community:

A gift of $50 will help to cover the cost of an initial meeting with a new client who has come to us to make a plan for housing stability and financial security. A gift of $250 will support our classes for first time home buyers so that they can have access to low-cost down payment and closing cost assistance
A gift of $1,000 will help us to provide one-on-one coaching services for as long as it takes for our clients to reach the financial and housing goal they have set. Every gift we receive helps local residents to have greater affordable housing opportunities for themselves and their families.

Piedmont Housing Alliance is moving forward with plans to build more affordable housing, to redevelop properties under our control, and to redefine the affordable housing debate for our city and region.

Our plans require broad community support, and we are asking you to join with us on the ground floor of this exciting and transformative process.

Your annual gift of $1,000 or more will help to ensure that safe, affordable housing is at the foundation of our community’s goodness and its greatness.

Benefits of membership in the Community Builders Society include:

Tickets for yourself and a guest to our annual Donor Appreciation Event.

Invitations to tour our properties with executive staff.

Regular updates and briefings on the progress of our affordable housing projects, including the redevelopment of Friendship Court Apartments.
