Here are some ways your gift will go to work right away to provide more affordable housing opportunity in our community:

A gift of $50 will help to cover the cost of an initial meeting with a new client who has come to us to make a plan for housing stability and financial security. A gift of $250 will support our classes for first time home buyers so that they can have access to low-cost down payment and closing cost assistance
 A gift of $1,000 will help us to provide one-on-one coaching services for as long as it takes for our clients to reach the financial and housing goal they have set. Every gift we receive helps local residents to have greater affordable housing opportunities for themselves and their families.
