This is how you access our services:

  1. Submit a completed intake form
  2. Make an appointment when our foreclosure specialist contacts you within 1-3 business days.
  3. Collect and copy the documents listed on the cover page and bring them to your first appointment.

When should I come to a foreclosure prevention specialist?

You should come to see us as soon as you think you may have problems paying your mortgage, for example, if you experience a layoff or other job interruption, or if other bills are piling up.

How can a foreclosure prevention specialist help me?

Our foreclosure specialists will look at your financial situation to determine what are your options with regard to avoiding foreclosure.  If circumstances warrant it, the specialist will make contact with the lender to see if the lender is willing to work with you to make your mortgage more affordable.
