Community Manager

Join our growing team as a Community Manager with Alliance Management, an affiliate of Piedmont Housing Alliance, a Charlottesville non-profit organization with a mission to create affordable housing opportunities and foster community.

The Community Manager oversees day-to-day operations at a multi-family tax credit apartment community in Charlottesville to deliver high-quality affordable housing opportunities for our residents. Responsibilities include leasing available units, completing resident qualification certifications, supporting resident services, collecting rent, overseeing property maintenance, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations, and monitoring performance to budget. Qualifications: three years of property management (including assistant manager) experience; working knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office programs; and experience with tax credit and/or HUD compliance. Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks and other pre-employment screening. Compensation is based on experience and skills.
