Piedmont Housing Alliance continues to build its Alliance Management portfolio of affordable housing, most recently adding the Parks Edge Apartments, located at 181 Whitewood Rd, Charlottesville, VA.
Parks Edge is a 96-unit affordable housing apartment complex built in 1977 serving the area’s need for affordable multifamily rental units with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes.
Rent at the property includes trash removal, water and sewage and there is 24-hour maintenance onsite. The property accepts Section 8 vouchers.
Ana Molina, who joined Piedmont Housing Alliance/Alliance Management last year will take on the role of community manager at Parks Edge, joining Arlene Mills, leasing consultant, and Gerald Washington, maintenance technician, who have worked with the Park’s Edge community for many years.
There is also a staffing change at Woods Edge Senior Living Apartments. Latasha Collins will join Piedmont Housing Alliance/Alliance Management on January 28 as the Woods Edge community manager. She has six years of local property management experience.
Leon Smith also recently joint the team as maintenance technician at Ryan School Apartments and Timberlake Place.
