As Ezhar Zahid, a young Kindlewood resident and board member, shared in his recent letter, Piedmont Housing Alliance has made significant strides this year. We’ve:

• Welcomed families into 106 new apartments and townhomes in Kindlewood Phase 1.
• Broken ground on Hickory Hope at Southwood, providing 121 homes for families next year.
• Partnered with Habitat for Humanity to purchase Carlton Mobile Park, preventing displacement of 66 low-income families.
