Pay rent

Piedmont Housing Alliance is transitioning our in-house property management. Please follow these updated guidelines. 

PHA Communities:

  • Monticello Vista Apartments
  • Virnita Court Apartments
  • Crozet Meadow Apartments
  • Hickory Hope Apartments
  • Meadowlands Apartments
  • Scottsville School Apartments
  • Woods Edge Apartments

If you currently live at one of the PHA owned community sites, your property management team is The Franklin Group.

In order to facilitate the transition to Franklin Group, the Loft system will be down for the first two weeks in October. Your October rent will be paid in person at your property management office with a check or money order made out to the name of the Property.

Please note that Cynthianna & Virnita Court residents need to pay at the Monticello Vista office, located at 1400 Monticello Rd., Charlottesville, VA 22902

If you currently live at Hickory Hope Apartments, please contact the leasing office at (434) 791-4491.

JABA Communities:

  • Timberlake Place Apartments
  • Ryan School Apartments

If you live at one of the JABA sites that PHA was managing, you can still pay your October rent in Loft.
