Down Payment Assistance Programs with Piedmont Housing Alliance

We invite you to learn with Piedmont Housing.

A 20% down payment on a home is great, but it’s not a requirement. First-time homeowners can secure mortgages requiring no more than 3% to 5% of the purchase price as a down payment, and there are loans and grants that can help cover these costs.

Each month, on the first Tuesday at 12pm and on the second Tuesday at 5:30pm, we host a Down Payment Assistance and Pre-purchase Counseling educational webinar on Zoom. Join us for pre-purchase coaching, as well as to learn about down payment assistance programs available in our area – including Piedmont Housing’s own down payment loan program and the SPARC program. We encourage participants to ask questions and find out which program is best for you. Please note: This webinar is mandatory for new clients applying to the down payment loan program.
