The process of becoming a first-time homeowner is often about more than securing a place to live; it’s about building long-term stability. “Becoming a homeowner was something I had been thinking about for a while, and recently the market started to feel more comfortable for first-time buyers like me. My biggest concern going in was my monthly payment and making sure homeownership would feel affordable to me long term.
