Updated: December 12, 2021. Your donation to Piedmont Housing Alliance could be eligible for a tax credit of up to 65% of the donation’s value. As a 501(c)3 organization serving low-income persons, we have been awarded credits for eligible donations. which can be claimed against state income taxes. You may be eligible if you donate cash or marketable securities (at least $500) directly to Piedmont Housing Alliance. Interested? Make your donation, we process it with the State of Virginia, and they send you your tax certificate to be filed with your personal taxes.
