Carlton Views Added to Piedmont Housing Management Portfolio

Piedmont Housing Alliance is excited to add Carlton Views to its portfolio of managed communities. Effective October 14, 2020, management of the property transitioned from Community Housing Partners to Piedmont Housing Alliance.

This brings the total number of affordable housing units we are now able to offer residents in our service area is now 703.

About Carlton Views

Carlton Views includes 54 affordable housing opportunities. The property, completed in 2017, includes 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floorplans. It includes accessible units and features modern features such:

Open floorplans
