Introducing Emily Curtner, Housing Counselor

Piedmont Housing Alliance is welcoming a new Housing Counselor to our team this month. Emily Curtner has worked alongside members and business owners of the Charlottesville area since 2012. She is excited to continue cultivating the community’s growth during her time with Piedmont.

Emily has over a decade of combined experience in the financial industry and customer service. Based on this experience, she gained the ability to eloquently counsel her clients to achieve financial wellness. A dedication to her clientele inspired her to transition to housing counseling.

She has comprehensive knowledge of household budgeting, credit building, credit repair, and many other aspects of personal finance and home ownership. Emily leverages her knowledge and skills in order to deepen others’ understanding of key financial concepts. With this intention, Emily has seen years of success coaching her clients towards their homeownership dreams and achieving financial stability.
