Down Payment Assistance Programs with Piedmont Housing Alliance

We invite you to learn with Piedmont Housing.

A 20% down payment on a home is great, but it’s not a requirement. First-time homeowners can secure mortgages requiring no more than 3% to 5% of the purchase price as a down payment, and there are loans and grants that can help cover these costs.

We offer two types of mandatory educational webinars for new clients:

Pre-Purchase Counseling Webinar – Held on the 2nd Thursday at 12 PM and the 4th Thursday at 5:30 PM.
Down Payment Assistance Loan program Webinar – Held on the 1st Tuesday at 12 PM and the 2nd Tuesday at 5:30 PM.

Virginia Housing Homebuyer Classes
