Grant Highlights

  • $300,000 for solar electric installations on Friendship Court Phase 2
  • $30,000 — An unprecedented contribution–for housing counseling programs from the local Bank of America region
  • $101,000 from the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation that supported rental assistance for 290 households in Piedmont Housing Alliance communities
  • $25,000 from the Truist Charitable Fund for COVID response
  • $12,500 from Westminster Presbyterian for the Eviction Prevention Program
