Piedmont Housing Alliance Strategic Plan

We are pleased to report that Piedmont Housing Alliance has engaged in the exciting and hard work of implementing a strategic path forward for the next three (3) years.

1. Our strategic planning process was divided into the four parts of:

• Phase 1: Preparation
• Phase 2: Assessment
• Phase 3: Development
• Phase 4: Implementation
  

2. We have now entered into Phase 4: Implementation where we will take all of the work that has been done to develop 4 key components of our strategic plan and put them into action.

1. Continue to build an organization that prioritizes community engagement.
2. Daily implement practices that reflect our mission, vision, and values.
3. Focus on goals prioritized for each of our departments through the objectives, actions, and functional tactics identified.
4. Provide space for evaluation and feedback to ensure we are in alignment and adjust as needed.

Who was involved in the development of the new plan? To assist with this important effort, every staff member at Piedmont Housing Alliance was engaged and many of our residents. The Board and stewardship team have utilized a multi-pronged, engagement plan.
