First, on Wednesday, December 9, at 6 p.m., join us for Refinancing your Mortgage: Continuing your Homeownership Journey. Bank of America will join us for this session about the pros and cons of refinancing your mortgage, how to compare refinancing offers and much more.

Financial Boot Camp

On December 16, join us Financial Boot Camp 203: Predatory Lending. Representatives from Truist will join us for this session.

Just for Real Estate Professionals

We are now offering monthly opportunities for real estate professionals to learn more about our down payment programs and other financial services.

For instance, during two sessions in December we will discuss the Sponsoring Partnerships and Revitalizing Communities (SPARC), Virginia Individual Development Account (VIDA), DPL programs, our housing counseling services, and our intake process.
