Meet Dave Norris, Our New Financial Opportunity Center Manager

We are excited to announce that Dave Norris recently joined Piedmont Housing Alliance to lead our Financial Opportunity Center (FOC). Dave comes to Piedmont Housing with many years of experience in economic opportunity work, including a three-year stint at United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg where he helped to secure seed funding for the first three Financial Opportunity Centers in Virginia. 

Dave more recently served as Redevelopment Coordinator for the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority. He looks forward to continuing to boost affordable housing and interacting with residents through the new Charlottesville FOC.  As a former Mayor of Charlottesville, Dave brings extensive community connections and knowledge to the FOC project.  He’s also a former Piedmont Housing Board member, so we are happy to have him back on our team!
