Meet Our New Board Leadership

We are happy to announce new board leadership at Piedmont Housing Alliance. In January, Crystal Napier took over the position of Board President. Roxanne Carter-Johnston stepped into the role of Vice President. Ken Shevlin has also taken on the duties of Board Treasurer.

Crystal is the owner of Renee’s Boutique. She first joined our Board in 2015. Mrs. Napier was born and raised in Nelson County, is a graduate of the University of Virginia and now resides in Green County. Crystal supports many local organizations including Blue Ridge Interfaith Ministries, Abundant Life Ministries, the Albemarle-Charlottesville NAACP, Jefferson School African American Heritage Center and Common Ground Healing Arts.
