Welcome to a new Housing Counselor

We are excited to welcome David Langner to Piedmont Housing Alliance as a Housing Counselor.

David formerly partnered with the Community Investment Collaborative, serving as a financial and business coach to many local entrepreneurs, and co-developed their Financial Management Program.

He is an entrepreneur and owns a behavior design consultancy, The Habit Institute. He brings years of institutional and university experience in program design, finance, and project management. David enjoys hiking and gardening and can be found behind a guitar and microphone in his free time.
