Piedmont Housing Alliance Welcomes Ophelia Kier as Property Manager

Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management are pleased to welcome Ophelia Kier as a new property manager serving the Charlottesville and Albemarle communities of Monticello Vista Apartments, Virnita Court Apartments, Cynthianna Avenue Apartments, and Scottsville School Apartments.  Ophelia is excited to be working with the organization to provide high-quality affordable housing options to the residents who reside in the 106 homes in these four communities. Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management’s portfolio includes a total of more than 350 affordable apartments at nine properties throughout the greater Charlottesville area.

Ophelia is a native of Augusta County and comes to Piedmont Housing with more than eight years of property management and housing services experience, having worked at the Charlottesville Housing Authority as well as at a 96-unit affordable housing community in Stuarts Draft. When not working at her Charlottesville and Scottsville communities, she stays busy with her family and is working towards obtaining her real estate license.
