Welcome to John Bunch, Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor With Piedmont Housing Alliance

Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management are pleased to welcome John Bunch as Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor. John joins us in this new role with more than 11 years of experience as Maintenance Superintendent with a major apartment management company, including supervisory experience. He has worked in the maintenance field for 16 years and has been in building trades for 22 years. In 2016, John earned recognition from the Blue Ridge Apartment Council for both Superintendent of the Year and Shop of the Year. In his role, John will lead and support Alliance Management’s excellent team of five maintenance technicians, who work to provide high-quality homes for residents of the 358 apartments at our nine affordable apartment communities.

John most enjoys bonding with residents, and is interested in sharing his knowledge with a company that wants to grow.  Outside of work, John enjoys woodworking.
