City to Invest in Friendship Court Project
Monday night’s Charlottesville City Council meeting resulted in a $350,000 investment from the city in the redevelopment of Friendship Court. The apartment complex, 150 units of low-income housing owned in part by Piedmont Housing Alliance, will be redeveloped with input from the residents and a nationally-recognized design team.
