Welcome to Amanda Chandler, Assistant Regional Community Manager at Piedmont Housing Alliance

Piedmont Housing Alliance’s Alliance Management welcomes Amanda Chandler as Assistant Regional Community Manager, a new position created to support our team of Community Managers and to support our residents with services and programs.  Amanda joins us with over 18 years of experience in property management, including eight years of supervisory experience, with companies such as Community Housing Partners, Park Properties, and Piedmont Housing Alliance. She has extensive experience with Project-based Section 8 and success promoting resident services and reducing evictions. Amanda is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and a Certified Manager of Housing.  In her role, Amanda will foster and support smooth and consistent operations and positive resident experiences. Amanda is looking forward to connecting with community partners to increase the quality of life for residents of the 358 apartments at our nine affordable apartment communities.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her five children as well as fixing up their home in Madison County.
