Talking Home Ownership at the African-American Awareness Festival in Louisa

Housing Counselors from Piedmont Housing Alliance were on hand at the NAACP-sponsored African-American Awareness Festival in Louisa County, Va. over the summer. Members of the team talked about the benefits of home ownership, the availability of down payment loans and affordable mortgage products for first-time home buyers, and the importance of knowing your fair housing rights.
