Meet Devin, Director of Donor Engagement

Devin Reaves joined Piedmont Housing as its Director of Donor Engagement on September 30, 2019. In this new position, Ms. Reaves will build, manage, and execute all aspects of individual fundraising and donor engagement in support of our mission.

Before joining the Piedmont Housing team, Devin served as Assistant Director of Development, Healthcare Philanthropy at the University of Virginia (UVA), where she secured philanthropic funding for two capital campaign projects, garnered direct support for UVA Health System initiatives and represented the UVA Health Foundation on the University Advancement Diversity and Inclusion Committee. 

She has also managed successful fundraising events for nonprofits as part of the Junior League of Washington. Devin earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UVA. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and of the Junior League of Charlottesville.
