Regional Community Manager, Amanda Chandler, Selected to Serve on BRAC Advisory Council

Piedmont Housing Alliance’s Regional Community Manager, Amanda Chandler, was recently selected to serve on the Blue Ridge Apartment Council (BRAC)’s Advisory Council.

BRAC is the local chapter of the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA).

As a member of the Advisory Council, Amanda hopes to ensure that the voice of low-income residents are heard; as well as the needs of organizations like Piedmont Housing Alliance that own and manage low-income communities.

Amanda will serve as the Advisory Chair of BRAC’s Events & Education Committee. She is excited for the chance to participate in VAMA’s leadership conference in Richmond in January and VAMACON in April.

Amanda rejoined Piedmont Housing in August 2018 as Assistant Regional Community Manager. She has extensive experience with Project-based Section 8 and success promoting resident services and reducing evictions. Amanda is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and a Certified Manager of Housing.
