Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI)
Inspired by belief in healing and community power, we at Piedmont Housing Alliance are motivated to take action and operate as an anti-racist organization. We approach anti-racism as a practice – a continual, active effort to identify, evaluate, and dismantle the beliefs and structures that perpetuate racism. We simultaneously commit to building racial equity in our beliefs, policies, practices, and systems. Since late 2021, this work has been guided by our Deputy Director of Justice and Programs and our Manager of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI).
