June is bustin’ out all over

The first day of each month can bring certain things to mind, including songs, like this exuberant one from the Rogers and Hammerstein musical, Carousel.   June is also associated with graduations and weddings, so if either of those are being celebrated in your family, congratulations!

In June, Piedmont Housing is wrapping up our fiscal year and preparing for the next.  We are getting ready for a summer that will feature events at our rental properties as well as our ongoing free First Time Homebuyer Classes that take place on the second and third Wednesdays of every month. And we will be building momentum towards some exciting announcements in the fall.

Speaking of the fall, we hope you will save the date of September 21 to attend our fall fundraiser, the Building Community Breakfast.  Our Executive Director, Frank Grosch will be joined by state and local leaders in the housing industry to talk about the future of affordable housing our area.  Hope you can join us!
