Piedmont Housing Alliance Welcomes New Board Members
Our Board of Directors kicked off its first meeting of 2020 on February 13 with two new members, Toni Eubanks and Victoria Lewis.
We are excited to add two more mission-driven members to the Board. Both Ms. Lewis and Ms. Eubanks come to the board with a determination to make their communities and the Charlottesville area a better place for all who live here.
Ms. Eubanks was born and raised in Charlottesville and is currently a resident of Friendship Court. She has extensive experience in childcare through her work at Sojourners Church where she has been the Nursery Director for three years. Eubanks has worked in community organizing and leadership building for many community initiatives, including building her own talent showcase event, Push/Play. She has also served on the board of Urban Agriculture Collective of Charlottesville, and other local organizations. She is currently working on completing her associate’s degree at Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC).
Ms. Lewis has 15 years of experience in property management. Her desire to help others guides everything she does.
“I’m a passionate person. I take tremendous opportunity in helping wherever I can,” she says. She credits her success in property management to her ability to work with the public and be sensitive to the needs of others to her success in property management. She describes herself as a “perfectionist,” and is excited to serve on our board.
With the addition of Eubanks and Lewis, the board currently consists of 18 members.
