The Hard Climb to Home Ownership

Many of our clients face an uphill battle in finding an affordable home in this region.  One couple had a two year struggle to locate a home, and at times grew discouraged.

Nonetheless, they succeeded, and shared this sentiment with their housing counselor:

“It’s great to have an organization like Piedmont Housing active in this region.  You all really face a monumental task to assist working people in the process of finding affordable housing in central VA!”
