Throwback Thursday: Back to Crozet

It was ten years ago this month that Piedmont Housing was taking photos to measure progress on its renovation of Crozet Meadows.  In Crozet, just a half a mile from downtown Crozet, we have a total of 94 apartment homes for seniors living on fixed incomes. Crozet Meadows are quad-plex apartments surrounded by small patios and garden spots.

And now we are starting a renovation at the Meadowlands, the apartment building that adjoins Crozet Meadows.  New appliances, flooring, and counters will make these apartments attractive and energy efficient.    We are excited to be able to make the improvements without displacing the residents.  Every night, they will be able to rest in their own beds.
