Piedmont Housing Alliance Welcomes Regina Luck as Property Manager

Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management are pleased to welcome Regina Luck as a new property manager. She will be managing Timberlake Place Apartments in Charlottesville and Ryan School Apartments in Nelson County. Regina is a native of Charlottesville and is excited to be working with Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management to provide high-quality affordable housing options. As part of the Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management team, Regina will help service their portfolio of 350 apartments at nine properties throughout the greater Charlottesville area.

Regina comes to Piedmont Housing with more than eight years of experience in property management at a local affordable housing community. When not helping manage properties, she stays busy with her fiancé and her family.

With her welcoming smile and open-door policy, Regina is a wonderful addition to our team. We are excited to welcome her to the property management team!
