Piedmont Housing Alliance Forms Management Partnership with JABA

Piedmont Housing Alliance has formed a partnership with Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) to help manage affordable housing for seniors. It is through this partnership, formed in October, 2016, that Piedmont Housing Alliance and its property management company, Alliance Management, assumed management of two JABA properties.

Timberlake Place Apartments is a 26-unit apartment community for residents aged 55 and over or who are disabled. Timberlake is located at 1512 E. Market Street in downtown Charlottesville. Ryan School Apartments, at 105 Ryan Circle in Shipman, Virginia, has 31 units, for residents 55 and over or who have a qualifying disability.

Alliance Management provides high-quality property management and customer service for the residents of these and other rental properties, including marketing and showing available units, qualifying potential applicants, leasing units, collecting rents, ensuring compliance with lease provisions and community rules,  and inspecting and maintaining the premises and units to ensure a well-maintained property.
