Piedmont Housing Alliance Welcomes Andrew Akers as Maintenance Technician

Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management are pleased to welcome Andrew Akers as a new maintenance technician. He will be helping maintain Timberlake Place Apartments in Charlottesville and Ryan School Apartments in Nelson County. Andrew is a native of Florida and is excited to be working with Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management to bring his expertise to meet the needs of residents in high-quality affordable housing in the area. As part of the Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management team, Andrew will help service our portfolio of 350 apartments at nine properties throughout the greater Charlottesville area.

Andrew comes to Piedmont Housing with almost seven years of maintenance experience, working in apartment maintenance for more than 6 years, with his two most recent positions being maintenance manager.  When not helping manage properties, Andrew enjoys being outdoors fishing.
