Piedmont Housing Alliance Welcomes Lynn Kennedy as Property Manager

Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management are pleased to welcome Lynn Kennedy as the new property manager for Crozet Meadows and The Meadowlands. Lynn is a Virginia native coming to us with four years of housing experience in Charlottesville working with the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

Lynn is excited to be working with Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management to bring her expertise to high-quality affordable housing in the area and to contribute to our mission. As part of the Piedmont Housing Alliance and Alliance Management team, Lynn manages 97 apartment homes in Crozet, part of our overall portfolio of 358 apartment homes at nine communities throughout the greater Charlottesville area.

When not working, Lynn enjoys being on the water kayaking or gardening around her home.
